Zásady pro doručování

All orders are processed within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer free US shipping on any order over $75. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Once an order is processed and shipped, it can take 3-7 business days to be delivered depending on your relation to the North Carolina area.


When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you need your order by a certain date, we ask that you place your order within the appropriate amount of business days before that time. If you find your order has not been delivered in this time window, please email us at shopcherchezlamont@gmail.com with your order number so we could further assist you.

**Please note: Business days are Monday-Friday; does not include weekends. Example: 3 business days from Thursday is the following Tuesday.

You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package. Any returned packages will be subject to returned shipping fees.

Please note that if you do not enter the correct billing address that is on file with your bank, we will not ship your order until further verification is obtained. This is to prevent credit card fraud and protect us and our customers.
 

We are not responsible for packages once they have been delivered to your mailbox or left at your address. Please make sure you are shipping to a secure location.
